 Tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), undrained
 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion or 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, if desired
 Spinach8 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In large saucepan, bring tomatoes, onion, salt and parsley flakes to a boil.
Add spinach; simmer, covered, 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
Drain extra liquid; serve hot.
