Spinach In Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), undrained | |
| 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion or 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, if desired | ||
| Spinach | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In large saucepan, bring tomatoes, onion, salt and parsley flakes to a boil.
Add spinach; simmer, covered, 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
Drain extra liquid; serve hot.
