Spinach Iceberg Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Iceberg lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped | ||
| 1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion | ||
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Croutons | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a salad bowl combine spinach, lettuce, radishes, and egg.
Toss.
Cover and chill.
Meanwhile, make dressing.
Stir together salad dressing or mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, milk, and garlic powder.
Cover and chill.
Before serving, stir additional milk into dressing for desired consistency, if necessary.
Pour over salad; toss.
Sprinkle with croutons, if desired.
Toss.
Cover and chill.
