Spinach Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 16-ounce can grapefruit sections | ||
| White vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 10-ounce package spinach, washed | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
Directions
Drain grapefruit; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine this juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, mustard and salad oil as dressing.
In large salad bowl, toss spinach with water chestnuts, grapefruit sections and dressing.
