Spinach Frittata Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 2 , drained | |
| 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered | ||
| Eggs | 12 Small, beaten | |
| Monterey jack cheese | 8 Ounce, grated | |
| Parmesan cheese to taste | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine thawed spinach, artichoke hearts, beaten eggs, and the Monterey Jack cheese.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
