Spinach Filling For Ravioli Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 c. cooked spinach | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| 1 tablesp. grated parmesan cheese | ||
| 1 tablesp. sifted dried bread crumbs | ||
Directions
Chop spinach and combine with remaining ingredients.
Use as a filling for Ravioli.
