 1 10-oz. package chopped frozen spinach
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 package Knorr vegetable-soup mix
 Water chestnuts1 8 Ounce, chopped
 Onion4 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

In a blender or a food processor, blend spinach, sour cream, and mayonnaise until mixture is smooth.
Add soup mix, water chestnuts, and onion.
Blend just until mixed through.
Let stand for 2 hours before serving, to allow flavours to blend.
To serve, pour into a round, hollowed-out loaf of white or pumpernickel bread.
Cut up the bread you removed from the loaf into bite-sized pieces for dipping in the spinach dip.
