Spinach Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10-oz. package chopped frozen spinach | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 package Knorr vegetable-soup mix | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1 8 Ounce, chopped | |
| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
In a blender or a food processor, blend spinach, sour cream, and mayonnaise until mixture is smooth.
Add soup mix, water chestnuts, and onion.
Blend just until mixed through.
Let stand for 2 hours before serving, to allow flavours to blend.
To serve, pour into a round, hollowed-out loaf of white or pumpernickel bread.
Cut up the bread you removed from the loaf into bite-sized pieces for dipping in the spinach dip.
Add soup mix, water chestnuts, and onion.
