1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
 
3 tablespoons butter ormargarine
 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
1/4 cup chopped celery
 
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 
2 cups half-and-half
 
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) ready-to-serve chicken broth
 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen crab meat,

Directions

Unwrap spinach and place on plate.
Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, or until defrosted.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Drain thoroughly, pressing to remove excess moisture.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine butter, onion and celery.
Cover.
Microwave
