Ingredients

 Pastry for 9-inch pie shell
 Frozen chopped spinach package2 , Defrosted
 Cottage cheese1 Carton (1l), creamed
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning, or basil and nutmeg, mixed
 Eggs4 , Well beaten

Directions

Line (9-inch) pie dish with pastry.
Press excess liquid from spinach.
Spread in pastry-lined dish.
Fold cottage cheese, sugar, salt and poultry seasoning into beaten eggs.
Pour egg mixture over spinach.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 25 MINUTES on '8', or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes to firm.
Custard is done when metal knife inserted in center comes out clean.
