Spinach Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 to 3 cups raw spinach, washed and well drained | ||
| Radishes | 6 , thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| French dressing | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Plain yogurt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Marjoram | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), creamed | |
| Stuffed-olive slices | ||
Directions
Tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
Add radishes, onion, and French dressing; toss lightly.
Add yogurt and marjoram to cheese; blend.
Arrange 6 mounds of cheese mixture on spinach.
Garnish each mound with olive slices.
