Ingredients

 2 to 3 cups raw spinach, washed and well drained
 Radishes6 , thinly sliced
 Onion1 Tablespoon, minced
 French dressing2 Tablespoon
 Plain yogurt1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Marjoram1/8 Teaspoon
 Cottage cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), creamed
 Stuffed-olive slices

Directions

Tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
Add radishes, onion, and French dressing; toss lightly.
Add yogurt and marjoram to cheese; blend.
Arrange 6 mounds of cheese mixture on spinach.
Garnish each mound with olive slices.
Makes 6 servings.
