Spinach Chicken Bake Recipe
|Seasoned dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||12|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)|
|Boiled ham slices||4 Ounce, chopped (1 Package)|

Lightly coat chicken pieces with some of the crumb mixture.
Arrange in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish.
Reserve the remaining crumb mixture.
In a large saucepan cook green onions in hot margarine until tender.
Stir in flour.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
Stir in spinach and ham.
Spoon spinach mixture over chicken; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake in a 350Â° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (170Â°F).
