Spinach Cheese Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 crepes | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 4 Ounce, chilled | |
| Mushrooms | 10 Small | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 1/2 , drained | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 slices bacon, crisp fried and crumbled | ||
Directions
Fit crepes into greased muffin cups, forming fluted tart shells.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Assemble Salad Maker with Shredder Disc and large bowl.
Process cheese.
Change disc to French Fry Cutter.
Process mushrooms.
Add flour, toss to coat, and set aside.
Assemble Mixer.
In small mixer bowl, beat eggs at LOW until blended.
Add mayonnaise, drain spinach, salt, cheese, and mushrooms; beat at LOW until mixed.
Spoon into prepared crepe tart shells.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes.
