Ingredients
2 packages (10 oz. ea.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup (1/2 pt.) cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
Dash pepper
1/4 cup buttered seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
In bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, caraway seeds and pepper.
Spoon into 1-quart glass ring mold.
Cover with plastic wrap.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cook on COOK 7.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at MEDIUM 4 to 5 minutes, or until almost set.
TO COMPLETE: Combine bread crumbs, cheese and paprika.
Sprinkle on top.
