 1/2 pound soft cream cheese
 1 cup soft salted butter
 Flour2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted (Pastry Dough:)

 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 Feta cheese1/4 pound, crumbled (Filling:)
 4 ounces pot cheese
 Egg1 , beaten (Filling:)

Directions

To make the pastry dough: With a fork combine cream cheese and softened butter.
Cut in the flour.
Work with hands until dough holds together.
Place on waxed paper, form into ball, and chill overnight.
Roll out dough 1/3 inch thick with floured rolling pin on a generously floured surface.
Cut in rounds with 1 1/2 to 2 inch cutter.
