Spinach Cheese Pastries Recipe

| 1/2 pound soft cream cheese | ||
| 1 cup soft salted butter | ||
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted (Pastry Dough:) | |

| 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained | ||

| Feta cheese | 1/4 pound, crumbled (Filling:) | |
| 4 ounces pot cheese | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten (Filling:) | |
Directions
To make the pastry dough: With a fork combine cream cheese and softened butter.
Cut in the flour.
Work with hands until dough holds together.
Place on waxed paper, form into ball, and chill overnight.
Roll out dough 1/3 inch thick with floured rolling pin on a generously floured surface.
Cut in rounds with 1 1/2 to 2 inch cutter.
