Spinach & Cheese Cups Recipe

| Phyllo package | 2 , frozen | |
| Frozen chopped spinach | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prosciutto | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place phyllo shells on a large, flat baking sheet.
Stir together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and spoon into shells.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops are lightly browned.
