Spinach Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach | 2 Box | |
| Cooked and drained | ||
| 2 to 3 scallions, chopped fine | ||
| 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix | ||
| Eggs | 6 , beaten | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Garlic powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
If necessary for handling, chill thirty minutes.
Form into one-inch balls and place on baking sheets.
Freeze until firm.
Store in plastic bags until ready to bake.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place balls on baking sheets that have been lightly greased with cooking spray.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
