Spinach And Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients

 Spinach : 1/2 kg chopped fine and boiled
 Potatoes : 1/4 kg boiled and mashed fine
 Paneer : 1/4 kg cut into thin square slices
 Oil2 Tablespoon (For white sauce)
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs) (For white sauce)
 Maida2 Tablespoon (For white sauce)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. In a casserole set the spinach mixed with half of the white sauce, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 tsp mustard.
2. Cover with paneer slices.
3. The last layer consists of the mashed potatoes mixed with the rest of white sauce, salt and pepper and 1 tbsp grated cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in moderate oven for 1/2 hour till evenly golden brown on top. The middle layer of paneer can be replaced by boiled macroni.
