Ingredients

 Spinach leaves - 4 cups firmly packed, trimmed, thoroughly washed, and drained
 Walnuts - 1 ounce shelled
 Crisp bacon - 4 slices
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon, squeezed
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic - 1 small clove
 Lemon peel1 Teaspoon, grated
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Basil leaves1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/4 Teaspoon
 Parmesan cheese 4 Ounce, grated

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In the work bowl of food processor, add all ingredients except cheese.
2) Process the ingredients to a smooth mixture. Scrape down the sides whenever necessary.
3) In a bowl, transfer the mixture.
4) Add cheese and stir in.
5) Place inside refrigerator by covering with plastic wrap until it is time to serve.

SERVING
6) Bring the pesto to a room temperature, while serving.
