Ingredients

 
2 containers frozen spinach
 
Artichoke hearts
 
½ cup Sour cream
 
½ cup Parmigiano reggiano cheese
 
Cream Cheese
 
Cheddar cheese

Directions

Squeeze the spinach to remove all water from the frozen spinach.

Add half of the sour cream, whole of cream cheese and a little bit of kosher salt but a lot of black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients well, add rest of the cream and cheese. Add all the Parmigiano reggiano cheese and continue mixing.

Taste the mixture for seasoning before baking.

Now lay the mixture in a baking dish.

Sprinkle some more cheese on the mixture before putting it in the oven.

Bake it in an oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until the cheese melts and the dish gets hot.
