Ingredients

 8 oz. fresh spinach, trimmed and coarsely chopped
 Bean sprouts1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pecans3 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 tablespoon reconstituted natural butter-flavored mix
 Orange peel1 Teaspoon, grated
 Ground nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Toss to coat.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 to 7 minutes, or until spinach is tender, stirring once.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
