Spinach And Pecan Salad Recipe

| 1 punnet (250g) cherry tomatoes | ||
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| 310g can canneilini beans, drained | ||
| Pecans | 200 Gram | |
| Egg yolks | 2 (DRESSING) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| White vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (DRESSING) | |
| Honey | 2 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING) | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried (DRESSING) | |
Directions
Combine spinach with tomatoes, onion and rinsed beans.
Add Dressing, sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
Dressing: Whisk egg yolks with lemon juice, vinegar and honey, place in screw top jar, add remaining ingredients, shake well.
