Ingredients

 Spinach leaves12 , shredded
 1 punnet (250g) cherry tomatoes
 Onion1 , sliced
 310g can canneilini beans, drained
 Pecans200 Gram
 Egg yolks2 (DRESSING)
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon (DRESSING)
 White vinegar2 Tablespoon (DRESSING)
 Honey2 Teaspoon (DRESSING)
 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 Dried basil leaves1/2 Teaspoon (DRESSING)
 Tarragon leaves1/4 Teaspoon, dried (DRESSING)

Directions

Combine spinach with tomatoes, onion and rinsed beans.
Add Dressing, sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
Dressing: Whisk egg yolks with lemon juice, vinegar and honey, place in screw top jar, add remaining ingredients, shake well.
