Spinach And Cheese Stuffed Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach | 1/2 Ounce | |
| 12 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Finely chop spinach and set aside.
Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove and mash yolks.
Combine mashed egg yolks, finely chopped spinach, parmesan cheese, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
Stir in milk and ricotta cheese.
Mix well.
Sprinkle egg whites with a little salt; fill with the spinach-ricotta mixture.
Cover and chill till serving time.
