Bacon Spinach And Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon | 250 Gram | |
| Spinach leaves | 175 Gram | |
| Pine nuts | 25 Gram | |
| Avocado | 1/2 , sliced | |
| Blue cheese | 50 Gram, crumbled | |
| 1 carrot, grated coarsely | ||
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon (FOR THE DRESSING:) | |
| Good pinch of mustard powder | ||

Directions
1. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in its own fat until crisp. Leave in the pan and set aside.
2. Tear the spinach leaves into small pieces and mix with the remaining salad ingredients in a serving bowl.
3. Shake all the dressing ingredients together in a screw-top jar. Pour into the pan with the bacon and heat gently.
4. Pour over the salad and toss well. Serve immediately, with plenty of warm crusty bread.
