Ingredients

 1/2 cup chopped green onions, with tops or 1/2 cup chopped onion
 Oleo stick1
 Frozen chopped spinach package2
 Artichoke hearts1 Can (10oz)
 Sour cream1/2 Pint
 Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Saute onions in oleo.
Add cooked, drained spinach.
Add drained artichokes and sour cream.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
Even people who don't like spinach would like this uniquely flavored dish.
