Spinach And Artichoke Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 2 | |
| Artichoke hearts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Egg Beaters | 5 , beaten | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Savory | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 1/2 cups grated non-fat Cheddar or mozzarella cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook and drain spinach.
Drain artichoke hearts.
Arrange artichoke hearts in the bottom of a square glass casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese.
Pour over the artichoke hearts.
Top with cheese.
Cook at 350° F.for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
Drain artichoke hearts.
