 Frozen chopped spinach package2
 Artichoke hearts1 Can (10oz), drained
 Egg Beaters5 , beaten
 Garlic1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Savory1/2 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion 1 Small, grated
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 1/2 cups grated non-fat Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook and drain spinach.
Drain artichoke hearts.
Arrange artichoke hearts in the bottom of a square glass casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese.
Pour over the artichoke hearts.
Top with cheese.
Cook at 350° F.for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
