Ingredients

 Bass fillets 4
 Flour4 Tablespoon
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 White wine2 Ounce
 Marinara sauce2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Peppercorns2 Tablespoon, crushed
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Dredge the fillets in flour and shake off the excess.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the fish for 4 minutes, or until golden brown on each side.
Add wine, sauce and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then place on a warm platter with sauce on top.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
