Spigola Alla Marinara Recipe
Ingredients
| Bass fillets 4 | ||
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| White wine | 2 Ounce | |
| Marinara sauce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peppercorns | 2 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Dredge the fillets in flour and shake off the excess.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the fish for 4 minutes, or until golden brown on each side.
Add wine, sauce and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then place on a warm platter with sauce on top.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
