Combine eggs, oil, sugar, yogurt, and vanilla in a large bowl; beat well.
Stir in zucchini; add flour mixture, and stir just until moistened.
Pour batter into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350Â° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes our clean.
Cool completely in pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut into bars.
