Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onions
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. (packed) brown sugar
Red pepper
Directions
Combine beef, pork, onions and crumbs with pars- ley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; mix lightly.
Blend egg, Worcestershire sauce and milk into beef mixture; shape into small balls.
Brown meatballs in skillet in small amount of hot fat; sim- mer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
Combine catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, 1 /8 teaspoon salt and pepper and red pepper to taste.
Pour catsup mixture over meatballs; simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 min- utes.
Serve in chafing dish.
