Ingredients
1-2 tbsp Oil
1 Medium Onion(chopped)
2 Hot Pepper(chopped)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper(chopped)
1 bowl Mushrooms(sliced)
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp Garlic
1 block Tofu(cubed)
Salt(to taste)
2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Korean Ketchup (Ssamjang)
1 tbsp Rooster Sauce (Garlic-Chilli Sauce )
1 bowl Green Onion(chopped)
Directions
1) In a pan, saute the onion, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, hot pepper and bell pepper in heated oil.
2) Add the tofu, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, Korean ketchup and keep mixing gently.
3) Lastly stir in the green onion remove from heat. Serve over cooked rice.
