Spicy Oriental Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 Lbs. Pork Spareribs
1 Tbs. Chinese Black Bean Sauce With Chili
1 Tbs. Salad Oil
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Tbs. Cornstarch
2 Green Peppers, sliced into chunks
1 Dry Onion, sliced
Directions
Cut ribs into bitesize pieces.
Heat oil in pan and saute ribs until lightly browned.
Add salt and chili sauce.
Coat ribs well and cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add water and reduce heat when it begins to boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Then add onion and green peppers.
Add cornstarch dissolved in water and mix well until sauce thickens.
Do not overcook the vegetables.
Serve with hot rice.
