Spicy Murgh Shorba Recipe

Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| * 2 TB.SP. Tour Dal | ||
| Green bell pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Chicken broth | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| * 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast (Flatten and Diced} | ||
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| * 2 fresh coriander spriks | ||
Directions
* Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
* Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic and lentil until tender
* Stir in chicken broth, add chicken pieces and the diced tomatoes and chilies
* Simmer covered for at least 10 minutes
* Serve hot garnish with fresh coriander spriks
