Spicy Herb-baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 tablespoons low-calorie French dressing | ||
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mixed herbs | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 chicken-bouillon cube | ||
Directions
Have chicken cut in quarters.
Discard fat and heavy skin.
Brush chicken with a mixture of the next 4 ingredients.
Place in a covered baking dish, skin side down, and pour in a mixture of water and crumbled bouillon cube.
Bake, covered, at 350°F. 30 minutes.
Turn chicken, and bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer.
