Spicy Ham Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 center slice ham, 1 inch thick | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Sherry | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground cloves | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 1/2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
Directions
Slash edges of ham.
Combine remaining ingredients; marinate ham slice in mixture 3 hours, turning several times.
Grill on charcoal grill or in oven 20 minutes, basting occasionally with mixture.
Remaining mixture may be kept in covered jar in refrigerator for another use.
