Spicy Ham Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
| Spiced peach halves | 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) | |
| Ground ham | 1 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 1 Pound | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Whole cloves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Drain peach halves, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.
Arrange peach halves, cut side up, in 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Combine reserved syrup with ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, vinegar, chili sauce and dry mustard.
Blend thoroughly.
Press over peach halves.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to lhour and 30 minutes.
Drain and invert in platter.
Stud with whole cloves.
Sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
Bake 5 minutes to glaze
