Spicy garlic chutney Recipe
This chutney has a strong garlic flavor.It is very spicy.Tradionally this chutney is prepared using a mortar and pestle made of stone.Though it consumes more time but its worth the effort.This chutney can be used in most Indian street foods like ragda patties,sev puri,etc.

Ingredients
1)1 Pod of garlic (12-14 medium size garlic cloves)
2)2 teaspoons of red chilli powder (preferably cayenne pepper)
3)A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
4)Salt to taste
5)Couple of pinches of sugar
6)3 teaspoons of lemon juice
7)1 tablespoon water,if needed
Directions
1)Grind all the above ingredients together till it forms a smooth paste.
2)Refrigerate and store in a zip lock container.
TIPS:
1)Remember to wear gloves cause your hands may feel a burning sensation.
2)Preserve it in the same container at all time.
3)Enjoy this chutney with thepla,dhokla,etc.
