Spicy Fruit Soup Recipe

Ingredients
| 8 oz. pitted prunes, cut up | ||
| 4 oz. dried apricots, cut up | ||
| Golden Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Quick-cooking tapioca | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon stick | 3 inch | |
| Whole Cloves | 6 | |
Directions
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except cinnamon and cloves.
Place cinnamon and cloves in teaball or cheesecloth bag; add to fruit mixture.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until fruits are tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove cinnamon and cloves.
Serve hot or cold.
