Ingredients

 Peanut oil/Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm)
 Thinly sliced onion1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Thinly sliced mushroom1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Boneless cooked pork8 Ounce
 Drained canned mild green chilies3
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 Teriyaki sauce2 Tablespoon
 Dark brown sugar1 Tablespoon

Directions

In 12-inch nonstick skillet heat oil; add garlic and saute until browned.
Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard garlic.
Add onions and mushrooms to skillet and saute until lightly browned; add pork and chilies and stir to combine.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
In small cup or bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork mixture, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer until mixture is thoroughly heated, about 3 minutes.
