Spicy Fried Pork And Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Peanut oil/Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
| Thinly sliced onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thinly sliced mushroom | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boneless cooked pork | 8 Ounce | |
| Drained canned mild green chilies | 3 | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Teriyaki sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dark brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
In 12-inch nonstick skillet heat oil; add garlic and saute until browned.
Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard garlic.
Add onions and mushrooms to skillet and saute until lightly browned; add pork and chilies and stir to combine.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
In small cup or bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork mixture, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer until mixture is thoroughly heated, about 3 minutes.
