Ingredients

 Frozen fish fillets packet1
 Olive oil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Vinegar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Thyme1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Tarragon1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Bay leaf1 , crumbled
 Onion1 Small, minced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Flour1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon

Directions

Thaw fish at room temperature until fillets can be separated.
Place olive oil, vinegar and seasonings in a bowl large enough to hold fillets.
Add fish and let stand for 1 hour.
Drain and dry slightly with a paper towel.
Roll in flour.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Saute fish 5 minutes on 1 side, turn and saute 5 minutes more, or until golden brown.
