Directions

GETTING READY
1 Cut the peppers and onions into 1/8 inch strips.
2 Dice 6 cloves of garlic.

MAKING
3 In a medium saute pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium high heat.
4 Add the peppers and onions to the pan.
5 Also add in the garlic and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
6 Cut the Lemon, Lime, and Orange in half and squeeze the juice into the pan.
7 Let cook for 2 more minutes.
8 Add in 2 tsp each of Lemon pepper , Lime Pepper and the 1 tsp of Paprika, stir all ingredients together in the pan.
9 Cut into thin strips (if using a rare steak to start cook to a medium or med-well temp before cutting and adding to the pan)
10 Add in 1/4 tsp of the Red Hot Sauce.
11 Let the mixture cook for a final 2 minutes.

SERVING
12 Serve in the Pita Shells
