Spicy Chili Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Pickling spices | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Ripe tomatoes | 1 Gallon | |
| Sweet red pepper | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |

Directions
1)Tie pickling spices in small cloth bag.
2)Scald and peel tomatoes. Chop them.
MAKING
3)Take a large kettle, put tomatoes and bring to a boil.
4)Let them simmer until tomatoes are soft.
5)Using a potato masher, mash tomatoes.
6)Then, add red pepper, onion, sugar, vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir.
7)Add spice bag and bring to boil. Stir constantly.
8)Decrease heat and simmer until thickened, stirring frequently.
9)Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
10)Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
SERVING
11)Use the tomato catsup and when needed.
