Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
4 to 5 pounds chicken wings
3/4 (1-pound) package brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 teaspoons (or more) pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 ounces rum
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Disjoint the chicken wings and discard the tips.
Spread the wings in a 10x14 inch shallow baking pan or two smaller pans.
Pat the brown sugar over the wings.
Combine the soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, lemon juice, rum and pineapple in a bowl and mix well.
Pour the pineapple mixture over the sugared wings.
Bake for 8 to 10 hours.
May be frozen and then reheated at serving time.
