Spicy Cabbage Rolls Recipe

1 large green cabbage
1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper
1(6-ounce) can tomato paste
1/3 cup water
1 (10-ounce) can tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions
Remove 10 large outer leaves of cabbage; reserve remaining cabbage for other uses.
Cook leaves in boiling salted water 5 to 8 minutes or just until tender; drain and set aside.
Combine next 8 ingredients.
Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
Fold 2 opposite ends over and place rolls, seam side down, in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage rolls.
Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
