| Butter | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |

Directions
1) In a mixing bowl, combine and sift the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
2) Add in the nuts.
3) Lightly beat the eggs.
4) Beat in the butter, milk, and apple butter.
5) Stir into the flour mix, mixing lightly.
6) Drop the dough teaspoonfuls into hot deep fat.
7) Fry till brown.
8) Remove to paper towels and drain.
SERVING
9) Roll in cinnamon sugar.
