 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced

 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cream and mushroom soup1 Can (10oz)
 Long grain rice package1
 Cheddar Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

In 2 quart casserole, combine sausage, celery, onion, mushrooms and green pepper.
Microwave at high (10) 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
Drain.
Add water, soup, rice, cheese, salt and pepper.
Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Bake for 1 hour.
