Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 pound | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Zucchini | 1 Medium, cut into strips | |
| 1 small onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced | ||
| Crushed red pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Trim and discard tough ends from broccoli stalks.
Cut stalks into thin slices.
Separate heads into flowerets.
Heat Oil in large skillet.
Add broccoli, zucchini, onion and red pepper.
Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add mushrooms.
Stir-fry 1 minute longer, or until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in sunflower seeds and soy sauce.
