Spicy Turkey Chili Recipe

|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Canned italian tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, seeded and chopped|

1) In a 3-quart saucepan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, cook the turkey and onion over a medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is browned.
2) Stir in rest of the ingredients and simmer over a low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
3) Remove and discard the bay leaf before serving.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
