Spicy Tomato Pork Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Uncooked instant rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 3 boneless pork chops | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper flakes | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Uncooked bacon slice | 2 , chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 3 Medium, chopped | |
| 2 green onions with tops, sliced diagonally | ||
Directions
Prepare rice; set aside.
Combine juice, cornstarch, soy sauce and paprika, stirring until cornstarch dissolves.
Set aside.
Slice pork across grain into 1/4-inch slices; place in medium bowl.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper flakes.
Cook bacon.
Remove using slotted spoon; set aside.
Add pork, tomatoes and onions to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until pork is barely pink in center.
Stir in tomato juice mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly.
Stir in bacon and serve over rice.
