Spicy Tomato Juice Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Apple cider vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Reduced-sodium soy sauce - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Horseradish | 1 Teaspoon, prepared | |
| Light corn syrup | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hot sauce - dash | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Ice - 6 cubes | ||
| Celery ribs | 2 Medium | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a blender, put together all ingredients except ice cubes and celery ribs; process for 30 seconds on high speed until blended.
SERVING
2. In 2 16-ounce chilled glasses, place 3 ice cubes and 1 celery rib in each glass.
3. Pour equal amount of juice into each glass.
4. Serve immediately.
