Spicy Sugared Pecans Recipe

Ingredients
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Pumpkin pie spice | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Walnut or pecan | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
In skillet combine sugar, water, and pumpkin pie spice. (Electric skillet 250°.)
Bring mixture to a full rolling boil; boil till sugar crystals form on sides of skillet, 5 to 6 minutes (3 minutes with electric skillet).
Add pecan or walnut halves; stir till nuts are sugar-coated.
Turn out onto waxed paper or foil.
Quickly separate nuts, using two forks.
Cool.
