Spicy Stir Fried Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| 500 g/1 lb 2 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved | ||
| Sunflower oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 chilli, sliced in rings | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Large piece fresh root ginger, cut into fine matchsticks | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Cook the sprouts in boiling salted water for 3 mins, then drain.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, then stir-fry the chilli, garlic and ginger for 1 min. Add the sprouts, cook for 2 mins, then drizzle with the soy sauce. Give everything a final toss before serving.
