Spicy Stewed Pork with Eggs (Red Cooked) Recipe
Ingredients

| Pork belly | 60 Gram | |
| Shallot | 1 , chopped | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Water | 150 Milliliter (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Gram (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Pinch wu-hsiang | ||
| Eggs | 2 , boiled (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Cooking oil | ||
Directions
Cut pork into 3-cm (1 -in) cubes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and fry the shallot until lightly browned.
Add the pork and fry for 2 minutes, turning the meat.
Pour in the seasoning sauce, cover and cook gently for 1 hour.
Then add the hard-boiled eggs and cook for a further hour.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
